Championship Speed and Strength Program for SoccerSoccerEntering Grades 7-12 The Boys’ Soccer summer speed and strength training program is designed for motivated soccer players preparing for the fall season. Using proven training methods commonly found in college and competitive high school programs, athletes will improve speed, strength, power, agility, and overall conditioning through a structured, progressive approach. Training intensity builds throughout the summer with an emphasis on performance, injury prevention, and game-ready fitness, helping players enter the season confident, prepared, and ready to compete. Boys' High School Basketball Speed and StrengthHS Summer Basketball CampsBoys Entering Grades 9-12 Coach Damon Clare will lead sport-specific movements and exercises to increase players' speed and strength. Age-appropriate exercises will focus on improving athletes’ coordination, agility, straight-line speed, vertical jump, and upper body strength. The sessions are scheduled before each age group’s basketball camp and designed to increase the likelihood that each participant develops a love of physical fitness. Tuesdays & Thursdays, June 9 - July 30 (No Camp: July 7 & 9) 6:00 - 7:00 am | $85 Program Prerequisites: Participants must have a moderate to high understanding of and ability to demonstrate dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense.
