  • Diving: Rip School (high school & club level diving)
    Diving

    Rip School is for participants who already have competitive diving experience or are going into their first year of competitive diving. Rip School will help divers refine their current skills and learn new skills and dives. 6 and 11 dive list setup, tips, and some best practices. The spotting belt may be used if time and space allow. Rip School participants may also use the video replay system to watch their dives after they complete them. Questions regarding this course and our Swimming Programs?   • Diving : Intro to Diving
    Diving

    Basic springboard diving skills are introduced, including front takeoffs, back takeoffs, and basic head-first entries. Skills from the side - twisting and flipping. Diving safety skills are discussed. During Intro to Diving, participants will learn the front and back takeoffs and work to routinely be able to perform three different categories of dives.
