Diving : Intro to Diving
Basic springboard diving skills are introduced, including front takeoffs, back takeoffs, and basic head-first entries. Skills from the side - twisting and flipping. Diving safety skills are discussed. During Intro to Diving, participants will learn the front and back takeoffs and work to routinely be able to perform three different categories of dives. NOTE: Students must have passed Level 3 swimming lessons.
