Tennis ClinicTennis> Grades 1 - 6 This camp will focus on proper grips, footwork, rallying, and the basic strokes of tennis, including the forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. We will also learn and play many tennis games throughout this process. Participants will need to bring a tennis racquet. The clinic will be held outside, so please dress appropriately and bring sunscreen and a water bottle. Space is limited — register early. Program Note: participants will be grouped by ability after the first session. The Tuesday Night Volleyball program is your chance to scrimmage and play! Each Tuesday night, participants will be formed into teams to play a variety of volleyball games. Participating in the Tuesday Night Volleyball Games program is your opportunity to apply what you learn on Monday and Wednesday mornings in a more competitive setting. Participants must plan to play for Delano High School during the upcoming fall season, and attend the Monday/Wednesday Skills program to participate. Participants must have organized volleyball experience (JOs or HS teams) that includes understanding a 5-1 or 6-2 offense.
