Advanced / Masters GymnasticsGymnasticsAdvanced: Gymnasts will learn handsprings, squat ons, flatbacks, and confidence on high beams. Advanced class sessions are two hours long. Gymnasts at this level can attend 2 - 3 times per week if scheduling allows. Masters: At the Master’s level, we will advance your gymnastics skills even further. Tumbling, kips and handsprings will be taught. Masters sessions are two hours long. It is suggested that gymnasts at this level register for 2-3 classes per week if scheduling allows. Beginners GymnasticsGymnasticsThis class is for students that completed Kindergarten or a higher grade during the 2023-24 school year. Gymnasts will learn the basics of gymnastics. Cartwheels, pullovers, board approaches, and beam basics will be taught. The beginner level class is one hour long. Gymnasts at this level should attend one time per week. High School Gymnastics & Delano Competition Gymnastics Team (MAGA) CampGymnastics> entering grades 7 - 12 and Competition Team Members This camp is for gymnasts interested in participating in high school gymnastics. All skill levels are welcome to participate. The varsity coaches will work with gymnasts at their current level to prepare skills they will use in the Delano High School Gymnastics program.
