This program focuses on building strength, flexibility, and technique while refining current skills. Coach Mel, Coach Megan Program Prerequisites: Participants must be able to jump, hop on one foot, kick their leg into the air, balance on one foot, spin in a circle, follow two-to-three step directions, learn dance routines, verbally communicate with peers and coaches, and be able to work as a team with their peers.
