Program Description: As the seasons change, so too do our nutritional and herbal needs, reminding us that we are part of nature. The rhythms of the year prompt our bodies to seek different foods and herbs to balance our systems. Temperature, moisture, and weather affect physical change, while our mood and emotions are also affected. Come discover the botanical allies that can support your physical and emotional body during the changing seasons. Learn and share in a group setting with local community herbalist Nikki Nau at The Vintage Storyteller, now located in Delano. Classes are offered separately, however they build on one another. Those choosing to do both will register for each class separately. Class one: Herbs for the Season- Late Summer Late summer brings the abundance of the Minnesota harvest.
