Introduction to Embroidery

Discover the art of hand embroidery in this beginner-friendly class! Learn a variety of foundational stitches, including back stitch, stem stitch, lazy daisy stitch, satin stitch, and knots, while building confidence with needle and thread. Students will create a stitch sampler to practice and reference their new skills, then apply those techniques to embellish two embroidered dish towels. Choose from a selection of designs to create projects that reflect your personal style. No prior embroidery experience is necessary. All materials are provided! Ages 14+
