Children's Yoga
Children's yoga will improve little yogis' balance, core strength, growth of the brain, calmness and happiness. Children's yoga will also strengthen their body through basic and more challenging poses. They will learn mindfulness, breathing exercises, relaxation, and visualization techniques. There will be days when essential oils are a part of class.
Bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat.
For ages 3-7 years.
Program Prerequisites: Participants will need to be potty trained, to be able to verbally communicate with the instructor, follow a series of instructions, and bring a positive, respectful attitude.
