NEW! Superhero Academy
Calling all superheroes-in-training! Hero Academy combines fun superhero adventures with essential social-emotional learning. Students will strengthen skills such as emotional awareness, self-regulation, empathy, communication, and problem solving through engaging games and collaborative activities. Each session introduces a new "superpower" that helps children build confidence, friendships, and success both in and out of the classroom.
Hero Academy prerequisites: Students need to be able to socially and verbally communicate with others and follow instructions in a group. For grades 1-3.

About Samantha Larson:
Samantha Larson is a former elementary teacher with 10 years of classroom experience teaching kindergarten, second grade, and third grade students. She holds a master’s degree in Differentiated Instruction with an emphasis in Social-Emotional Learning and is passionate about helping children develop the academic, social, and emotional skills they need to thrive.
As a parent of two young children and a resident of the district, Samantha is excited to bring engaging, meaningful learning opportunities to local families.
