SkyHawk Sports: Flag Football Camp

Ages 7-10

Skyhawks Flag Football is tailored for beginners to intermediate players. Our coaches focus on skill development in passing, catching, running routes, flag pulling, and movement while keeping play safe and engaging. Because the sport is non-contact, defensive pressure is limited to ensure a safe and injury-free experience. Players will learn teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game, ideal for those new to flag football or still developing core skills

Program Prerequisites: Participants should be able to run, jump, make lateral movements, throw and catch a football, follow 2–3 step directions, verbally communicate       with peers and coaches, and work cooperatively with teammates.
